By submitting a booking request or engaging services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Booking & Acceptance

All bookings are made via request and are not confirmed until accepted. I reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on alignment with my style, values, and availability.

Deposits

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and commence design work. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Deposits may be forfeited in the event of cancellation, rescheduling without sufficient notice, or failure to attend your appointment.

 

Pricing & Payment

All tattoos are priced based on size, detail, placement, and time required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Payments are processed via Square, and surcharges may apply depending on the payment method selected (including Afterpay).

 

Design Process

All designs are custom and created specifically for you. Final designs are typically presented on the day of your appointment, with time allowed for reasonable revisions.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all aspects of the design (including spelling, symbols, and meaning) prior to tattooing. Once approved, I am not responsible for errors or changes of mind.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the Artist and may not be reproduced or used elsewhere without permission.

 

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Attend your appointment in a suitable physical and mental state

• Follow all pre-appointment and aftercare instructions

• Communicate respectfully and engage in a manner that supports a safe, professional environment

 

Tattooing will not proceed if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if I determine there is a risk to your health or safety.

 

Health & Safety

Tattooing is an invasive procedure and carries inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, and dissatisfaction with the final result.

Results may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, healing ability, and aftercare. No guarantee is made regarding the final appearance or longevity of your tattoo.

Aftercare & Healing

You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

I am not responsible for complications arising from:

• improper aftercare

• individual healing responses

• pre-existing skin conditions

• external factors outside of my control

 

Touch-Ups

Touch-ups are not included unless explicitly stated and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility may depend on healing, placement, and adherence to aftercare.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted with sufficient notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and refusal of future bookings.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the tattoo process where services have been provided with due care and skill. This includes outcomes affected by healing, skin type, or factors beyond my control.
 

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a Client engages in behaviour that is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of abusive or threatening language, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any conduct that compromises the safety, well-being, or comfort of myself or others. In such circumstances, any deposit paid may be forfeited, and future bookings may be declined.

 

Disputes

If you have any concerns, please contact me in writing so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. I am committed to addressing concerns fairly and in a timely manner, and both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith communication before seeking external remedies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which the tattoo service is performed. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services.
