If something doesn’t feel right, I genuinely want to know. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with any part of the process or outcome, please reach out in writing so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution. I’m committed to resolving concerns in a fair, timely, and respectful way. Under Australian Consumer Law, I’m required to provide services with due care and skill, and if a service does not meet this standard, you may be entitled to a remedy where appropriate. However, please note that outcomes can be influenced by factors outside of my control, including individual skin type, healing processes, aftercare, and personal lifestyle factors. I’m am not responsible for issues arising from these external factors or from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and I reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
